Orders placed before 15:00 are handed to the courier the same day; later orders go out the next business day.

When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, delivery takes 1-2 business days within Istanbul and 2-4 business days elsewhere in Türkiye.

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and unused.
